The last few years on Barra has seen a huge influx of campervans and caravans visiting the island.
Alot of these visitors had been setting up camp at the side of the airport beach (Traigh Mhor) however vehicles are not not allowed on these grounds anymore.
The comunity councile is working with the townships and local crofters and how to have some new locations avalable for this summber, we will keep you posted..
